Windrunner

Seems like we're moving away from the "stalker" tier 2nd time. Sure, why not, "windrunner" doesn't doesn't sound bad at all, especially on an elf.
50% more focus for pets as 2 parts bonus, 5% crit on steady shot as 4 part bonus. First one is nice, second one is I don't care. Overall, I'm quite happy, I don't like it when tiers are way, way better than anything else, so you're practically tied to them (check head and chest of t8.5)
Beautiful stats on windrunner so far too, almost no haste, lots of AP, crit, hit and a bit of ArmPen. Keeping this in mind, I wouldn't be terribly surprised if the way to go in 3.2 was to stack ArmPen more than anything.

Re: Windrunner

Tier 9 sets are all named after important lore characters for that faction that belong to the class.

"You called down the thunder, now reap the whirlwind!"

"You got an organ going there, no wonder the sound has so much body!"

Re: Windrunner

T9 bonusses are changed on the PTR:

    * Item - Hunter T9 2P Bonus - The damage done by your Serpent Sting ability can now be critical strikes.
    * Item - Hunter T9 4P Bonus (Steady Shot) - Each time you hit with a ranged attack, you have a chance to grant your pet 600 attack power for 15 sec.2

2P seems quite good, 4P doesn't seem that great though, especially if you considerer that T8 gives the same proc but then for the hunter himself and not the pet.
