main spec: 8/2/31 a pretty much mana conserving spec, reforged most of my gear for the haste cap at 2005 and then the rest to mastery.
off-spec: feral tank, not relly good gear.

i started relly raiding in cata.

BoT/BwD/ToT4W: 12/12 1/13hc

FL: 7/7 normal 5/7 hc (alot of try's on staghelm)

DS: 7/8 4% on Deathwing. 8% on morchok hc

some of this is 25 and some are 10 man.

i dont relly know much about my computer, but i do know that i rarely DC's not much lag during fights.

why would i leave my current relem/guild: i have been inactive in a short periode now, and all of my friends was moving to this server, so i was looking for a pve related guild on this server and found this interesting.

i dont know any in the guild yet.

Do you ever go OOM? Do you have habit of innervating yourself or others?

Is there some specific reason you got switched out of the raid 12.01. after killing Spine, just before Madness? This was the last raid you joined aswell.

to the first question: yes rarely, i useually use innervate on the other healers, thats also why i have it glyph'ed.

to the second: no i had my internet down for like 3-4 days so i wont able to raid, the day that we killed deathwing on 25 man i had the major dc just after spine and couldent get online again so they switched me.

Ever considered that when you innervate other healers, you waste 25% of the spell?
Innervate on self is 20% of mana back, innervate on others is 5% for them, and 10% for you with the glyph - total of 15% mana restored. Getting rid of that habit, reforging some spirit to mastery (I run with 2,4k spirit) and glyphing HT glyph insteaf innervate should give considerable throughput increase.

nope, i havent. but if i get a trail spot here i'm gonna try it out!

so you are using innervate on yourself, so that you are able to reforge more of your spirit to mastery/haste?
