I found this at MMO-Champion a few days ago and i thought i should share this with our raiding warlocks since this is a huge dps increase if you're Demonology.
Gear Swapping for DPS Gains
Personally i am gathering as much mastery gear as i can in order to benefit the most out of this "trick" on my warlock but for now using Moonwell Chalice right before swapping to my dps gear is a 20% damage increase for the first 35 seconds of a boss fight.
