20 MS in Stormwind, Sppedtest = 24mb's, im getting a Fiberglass installation for 100mb speed.

Raiding Experience

Please go into detail regarding your experience raiding, in each expansion and what class.

-- Vanilla: Didnt play warrior then, since i was 11 i just played my druid doing some pvp not achieving anything.
-- The Burning Crusade: Abit the same just abit playing on druid, got hacked and quited untill cataclysm. at this point i was about 12-13
-- Wrath of the Lich King: didnt play.
-- Cataclysm:
T11: 12/13 HC ( This is not as current content, i achieved this in 4.3, i have a dk wich was my main at the start of cata wich i raided on, i have 4/4 normal bot, 5/6 normal bwd and 1/2 normal pre nerf. non HC)
T12: 7/7HC ( not as current content.)
T12: 3/8HC ( put time in old content for some reason, stupid idea.)

-- What do you estimate your Normal Attendance to be? Well if i dont have anything special those evening's 100% ofc sometimes i have something to do but i will always try to NOT put it on these days and times, else i will ALWAYS let the guild know.
-- Do you have anything that may pull you away from a raid at short notice?
Something really terrible should happen, like the dead of a family member, or that the house is burning down, else wise, no.
-- How would you feel if these days had to change for the interest of the guild?
Then i need to see if i can make those days ofcourse, i need to shuffle things around, but i have the motivation to want progress and want kills, so it shouldnt be the biggest problem.
-- How would you feel if we cancelled raiding for a short period of time (i.e. 2 weeks)?
Aslong as it has a good reason, i wouldnt mind, i myself want progress, i take it that in a good guild i shouldnt be the only one, and since its a 25man guild, there's always some people that want loot/kills, so we can always have the plan to go 10 man for the time beign untill the problem or what ever is fixed.

Class play

Please write a detailed passage about what you believe is important about your current Talent Spec. Such as Gear, Gem, Glyph and Talent choices, your Rotations...
At the moment, i personally think my spec is basic, tho good, i've bin playing it for a little while now, and i think i finnaly got it right, played around with the talents, seeing glyph's, the onlyone that i change depending on fight, is Glyph of Cleaving, i change that with sweeping alot. the rest is definattly a must. Gems and enchants will always be BEST i have the gold to buy them, and even if i havent i would max it out as high as i can, for gems: im going only for 20+ strenght bonuses, else its just a red 50+ Strenght gem. and my rotation is not the hardest, i Stance dance, as they call it, it give a nice extra rage sometimes, and it does WAY more damage output than standing in Battle stance being lazy, im not that kind of person.

-- How do you approach a Personal Mistake?
Check what i did wrong, how i can improve the playstyle, and fix it so that i wont ever happen again, mistakes are made to learn from, aslong as you do learn from them.
-- How will you seek to resolve problems?
If im strugeling coming out with the problem i will ask help, either from guildies, friends or internet.
-- What are your goals in World of Warcraft?
End game raid's, making friends, having fun, and doing my best to reach the top as that is what you wanna be in your life, the best of the best, wont reach it i know, but he who doesnt try, doesnt reach.

-- Is there anything else you would like to include that may assist your application?
