Please provide a WoL log presenting your awesomeness (this helps loads): I've mostly pugged so my fights haven't been recorded, but i am looking to settle in a serious guild now.
Regardless of its quality (ilvl), is you gear fully taken care of? Safe for some specific cases (eg. an item about to be replaced next week), we expect everything to be gemmed, enchanted and reforged optimally. Yes i've got full epic gems in every slot and fully taken care of the enchants, i also use the 3 JC gems
Tell us about your alts (armory links included), how good are you with them: http://eu.battle.net/wow/en/character/r … uri/simple , i also play this priest as a healer as i've always enjoyed the challange of healing. and i consider myself pretty decent with both my charrs
Raiding Experience (be thourough here, the more information you give us, the better; both pre-Cataclysm and present progress is interesting for us; tell us about previous guilds): Well, i started playing at Vanilla. But i was quite young so didnt care about raiding. At WotLk i started raiding - and i did ToC and 12/12 ICC. In Cata ive done 6/8 HC on DS, and nothing remarkable earlier tiers. (i don't have the pre DS exp on this charr as i played another hpala earlier but i got hacked). As you also can see i haven't raided that hardcore previous tiers but i've found it very enjoyable downing bosses for the first time and progressing through heroic content as a steady group, and that is the reason why i'm posting this application.
What attendence should we realistically expect from you (for the sake of clarity, please note that while our Monday and Thursday raids start at 19.30, the Sunday one starts at 18.45): 100%, the times fit me.
Any external factors affecting activity we ought to know about (in particular, any of the days we are raiding at that does not suit you): I am free every day after 18.30. except weekends then i'm available all day.
At this point of time, how long do you expect you will continue playing WoW: Untill the end, i enjoy downing bosses heroic.
Why are you good at playing your class (don't qoute Elitist Jerks, don't give us the stuff every semi decent guide holds; convince us you're good your own way): Well at the start of each patch i test out every talent and glyph and find out which ones works best together, if i am unsure about anything i often discuss the topic with other paladins.
What do you consider the most significant pros and cons of your class/spec in the current state of affairs: We're decent at both AoE heals and tank healing. The cons of hpalas is that you have almost no insta heals and you have to stand still to cast decent heals so it makes it pretty bad at hagara in the frost phase, i have heard you do it in a different way than most grps and this way should affect my healing in a much more positive way.
When approaching new content, a fight that both you and the raid will try for the first time, how do you prepare (be precise here, "I read tactics on internet" doesn't cut it; we seen our share of players who" knew tactics for all bosses" and then failed miserably in terms of actual preparations): If i haven't tested them out on beta i will check the dungeon journal for the different mechanics and also watch different youtube videos to perfect my gameplay, i watch alot of fatboss guides and if i don't feel comfertable with the fight i often ask others what they have found usefull.
Given Spine of Deathwing heroic was one of the harder fights recently and required certain specific actions and execution, tell us how you prepared for it. Again, be very precise (don't tell us "I bursted!", tell us how exactly you did it). Well i haven't done spine HC yet, i've had a couple of attempts but nothing really serious, i tend to communicate with the other healers to rotate healing cooldowns, but seeing as i've done mostly puggs there is mostly bad setups for spine.
Why are you applying to The Enigma Order, what made you choose us, when and where did you first hear about us: Well Cuzi is my cousin and i heard of you from him and i've seen that you're recruiting a hpala and i feel that i can contribute to this need.
What do you expect from us, as a guild: i expect people to show up with flasks, food and pots ready to progress without any bad mood, i've seen a fair bit of bad mood ruin raids.
Please confirm that you have read and understood our rules and they are ok for you (yes, this is our way to ensure we're not asked somewhat silly questions that are already answered in writing at the Rules section of the forum): Yes i have read and accept the rules.
When unsure about any aspect of the game, be that tactics, class specific assignments, how do you proceed: As i mentioned above, if it's class specific i test out different things and if its tactics i'd rather ask than to fail at it and cause a death / wipe.
Why do you play WoW, what are your objectives, why commit more than 10 hours a week to a computer game: i play wow as i find it enjoyable to down bosses for the first time and have fun with other players.
Is there anything else you would like to include that may assist your application. I am a dedicated raider which always shows up ready to progress and i always stay focused on what i'm supposed to do to achieve the best outcome.
Hardware/Connection (we assume your computer and connection are fit for raiding, only tell us about out of oridinary stuff): about 20 MS and 130 FPS in raids. i just bought a new computer so it's defently fit for raiding.

Now that you have member acces to the forum, you should be able to see much more section. Prior to joining your first raid, make sure to browse through the sticky in Guild Talk section addressed to new members, that will get you started nicely. Also, set up TS3 client.
Note that any serious raiding is practically on hold until MoP, so that's when your test period will start for real. Also, for that very same reason, make sure you know our code of conduct (loot distribution and other aspects described in the Rules section of the fron page) inside out, so that you don't cuase any downtime.
