- crit is slightly worse, haste needs to be avoided because it will be hard to reforge down to 3043
- resto tier items
- chest has both, so offsetting chest -> best option (drops from 4 bosses)

- better (no source, maybe trash drop?)

- crafted

- valor points

Haste
- you will have haste in waist, legs, feet, wrist, hands, back, off-hand
- in normal modes, you might also have haste on one ring (the vp one)
- in normal mode gear with all the above items having haste, you can reforge down to 3104 haste, in heroic gear 2980
- in general, things should be ok
