Regardless of its quality (ilvl), is you gear fully taken care of? Safe for some specific cases (eg. an item about to be replaced next week), we expect everything to be gemmed, enchanted and reforged optimally. We will likely consult your profile with Mr. Robot. If you're doing something different than it indicates, please explain the reasoning. -My gear is taken care of
Do you get enough valor on a weekly basis to upgrade your gear as much as possible? Not the past couple of weeks. Unfortunately I didn't have much time to play wow.
What do you consider the most significant pros and cons of your class/spec in the current state of affairs: Mages offer excellent ranged dps, on par if not greater than warlocks this patch, as they have always had. The only issue is raid utility which is unfortunately lacking. We don't have Demonic Gateways, we don't offer healthstones or any other significant raid cooldowns apart from TW which is not something that is lacking usually in almost any raid combo.
Tell us about your alts (armory links included), how good are you with them: I have no alts in Mists, as I haven't had enough time to commit to more than one character. I used to play an arms warrior and a resto/balance druid in cata, as well as a protadin, all in a fairly high level (I cleared HC DS in all of them).
YOUR PERFORMANCE
Please provide a WoL log presenting your awesomeness. In absence of logs, post screenshots of recount/skada from an encounter of the current tier.
Without this, you will most likely be rejected. http://worldoflogs.com/reports/rt-wq6s0 … dd/source/
Which pve addons do you use? Recount, DBM, Weakauras, Combustionhelper, Omnicc, Razer Naga, Powerplates.

Raiding Experience (be thourough here, the more information you give us, the better; both pre-MoP and present progress is interesting for us; tell us about previous guilds):
TBC cleared everything apart from BT and Sunwell. Wotlk got Naxx/EoE/1D(not the band). Took a break in Ulduar, then got only some bosses pugging in ToC. In ICC I mainly played on my paladin Paladinakis, pugging again. I joined a guild shortly on my mage and cleared some bosses on 25 hc. In cata I raided again in Dragon Soul on my Warrior, Unbeknownst, and on my druid Interloper clearing 8/8 hc. In MoP I decided to play again on my mage and got 9/16 on HC in tier 14. In tier 15 I only have 1/12 HC down as I am now guildless
What attendence should we realistically expect from you (for the sake of clarity, please note that while our Monday and Thursday raids start at 19.30, the Sunday one starts at 18.45). If you can't make it on any of our raiding days on a general basis, do not apply. 90%
Any external factors affecting activity we ought to know about (some flexibility applies, but we really want players able to join all 3 raids a week): 3 times per year I have to move countries, which will make me unavailable to play for a couple of days (might not even be a raid day). Also during the summer I will go on vacation for some time (couple of weeks) but will inform in advance. Lastly, during exams on May (next year) I won't be able to attend raids for a couple of weeks. Other than that I should always be online.
Why are you good at playing your class (don't qoute Elitist Jerks, don't give us the stuff every semi decent guide holds; convince us you're good your own way): Firstly, becuase of research. I always make sure to keep myself up to date with every change and to find the best rotation/stat weights out there, either on sites like elitistjerks, mmochamp and the wow forums, or by following end-game raiders such as Vykina from Method in the case of mages. I also make sure to simcraft my character in order to find the best rotation/stat weights (I change the existing, horrible rotations in the case of mages at least) in order to always maximize my dps.
When approaching new content, a fight that both you and the raid will try for the first time, how do you prepare (be precise here, "I read tactics on internet" doesn't cut it; we seen our share of players who" knew tactics for all bosses" and then failed miserably in terms of actual preparations): I prepare for the raid by not having anything to distract me for the following 3 or 4 hours. I also make sure to have drinks and to have gone to the bathroom. I make sure to study the fights I am going to face. In-game, I stock up with pots food and flasks.
GUILD RELATED
Why are you applying to The Enigma Order, what made you choose us, when and where did you first hear about us: I am applying to The Enigma Order because you are a 25-man guild with a decent progression by only raiding 3 times per week, showing that you go for quality and not for quantity. I found you through wowprogress as I recently moved to Ravencrest and I am not 100% familiar with the server just yet
What do you expect from us, as a guild: Good progression, and steady raiding.
Please confirm that you have read and understood our rules and they are ok for you (yes, this is our way to ensure we're not asked somewhat silly questions that are already answered in writing at the Rules section of the forum): Yes
When unsure about any aspect of the game, be that tactics, class specific assignments, how do you proceed: If it is during the raid, I prefer not to say anything so that I don't get embarrassed and just pray to the lord I don't wipe the raid. If it is before the raid has started, I check tactics online. (Jking obviously for the first part, I make sure to make it clear before pull even if that means wasting 1 minute to explain, than 8 minutes + repair/food costs from wiping).
Why do you play WoW, what are your objectives, why commit more than 10 hours a week to a computer game: Fun

I'm afraid your gear and experience is too far behind. In spite of the fact that the application made a good impression, as it stands now, the verdict is -
