About our alt guild, The Enigma Disorder

There has lately been some questions about our altguild, and I will try to answer them here.

The Enigma Disorder has from the start been our alt guild. Just a place where we can have our alts together. This is a guild that houses around 200 alts (?) and its not unusual to see 10-25 online players outside the raids.

We have also invited friends and family of the TEO members to TED, even if these not necesseraly have characters in the main guild. This is done simply as a favour, and for them to play together, cause we want family and friends to be able to play together as far as possible.

It's mainly to these players I write the following:
Know that as a member of our altguild, you are not a part of our core raiding group, and only in very special situation will you be able to attend raids beyond Kara/ZA. You are of course welcome to sign up for other raids, but be also aware of your place.
- We assume that when you do sign up, you have read and understood our raiding rules. You should have required gear, reagents and consumables to participate in the instance you have signed for.
This is very important: Do not sign up if you don't have the required gear for that instance. Meaning, don't sign up for MC unless you have the best pre-MC gear, etc... And we expect you to perform as good as the rest of the raid

- You will not get picked over characters from the main guild, and if you do get to attend, you will only get loot that no main wants; You follow the same lootrules as our alts.

This may sound a bit harsh, but remember that most of mains have firsts applied to TEO, their application have been evaluated by all classleaders and officers, who in turn have agreed to invite the player. After that, they  have gone trough a trial period where they have proven themselves. While many of our "mains" in TED have simply been invited without any application, any trialperiod and very few questions. The Enigma Disorder is not by any means a shortcut into The Enigma Order, and if we need a new player of a given class, we are not likely to look for that player in our altguild.

That said, some very skilled and valued players started with their character in our altguild. Pustbunker levelled to 60 in TED, then wrote an application. Both Webser and Sundaydriver started in Disorder and has proven to be skilled and dedicated enough to get a spot in TEO. Respect the leaders enough to not demand a spot in TEO only because you have been in the alt guild a week, and you have dinged lvl 70. If we feel you are ready and we need your character, you will be asked to make an application to The Enigma Order.
