seems like it, I mean, if you want NR, have a shaman slam up a NR totem and bang, instant NR, but wee are still the best pulling class in game, espeacially now with misdirection, every group should have a hunter imo...
but the fact is, that hunters are basicly the most useless class in TBC, as almost all classes can do your job for you (ranged classes that is)

good hunters are still good 
they bring decent dps and traps can be handy (e.g. maggy) crap hunters aren't needed just like any other crap class
