tier set armours have allways been better than it's predecessor however t5 is weaker in allmost every point than t4 that's why I think it's fake
that and the 24 sec PoM CD reduction that does not make sense with blizzards normal CD reduction system

Well if you compare T4 vs T3, you will probably say the same, that T4 is not impressive compared to T3. The differences lies in customisation, through sockets. T5 has as far as i can see, 2 more yellow sockets. This means for example 24 more spelldmg.
It's also worth mentioning that T4 will be the Magister set of TBC. T5 will be the Arcanist set of TBC.
But the schematic looks very homemade. There is nothing called "Metal sockets" in TBC. I wouldnt trust the description of T5. But T4 is visible to anyone that has a betakey.

Not sure i understand, but is it 3 different sets with the same looks? If you look at the playdance set, there's 3 colums with 3 different sets and stats/set bonus?

There is something called Meta Sockets though.

Yes, there is more than one set for some classes (hybrids, classes with more than one role) this means that warriors for example get both a tank set and a DPS set, but there is also a bit of a downside to this as tier 4 and 5 sets are token based, which means that you hand in one shoulder token which then grants you a selection of one shoulder set item out of 1, 2 or 3 depending on how many sets that class has availvable. This means that you, in essence, need 3 shoulder tokens to get all 3 shoulder set items seeing as the quest for the set items are repeatable but you can't trade in an already received set item, of the paladin healing set for example, for another set item to the same slot, paladin tank or DPS set for example.
