Like denatus said, spell damage is all you need. When you hit
60 and start real pvp. go for stamina gear mixed with sufficent hit and alot of crit.

More +hit and intellect for raids. Although Field Marshal set is pretty good for both pvp and raiding.

kelthalas, you forget the honored belt from Arathi Basin and the belt from Alterac Valley, those are quite nice too and easy to get these days

I left pvp rewards out on purpose and focused on what you can get from instances
