A little something about "Invisibility"

Invisibility explained: http://forums.worldofwarcraft.com/threa … &sid=1

Seems really sweet for long boss fights.

Re: A little something about "Invisibility"

Sneaking past mobs - good.
OOC during boss fights - good.
Wipe protection - good.
Aggro dump - good!
25 seconds of not nuking - not good at all!

I just wonder... What if I stop nuking for just 10 seconds and let the tank to gain some more aggro. Wouldn't it be more effective?

I really don't understand mages.... they whine over everything ....

you get ooc., you sit down and drink...full mana and you can start nuking again WITH YOUR AGGRO RESETED....

I dont think so, since the tank wont build that much more threat in TBC, and threat building doest scale like our dmg. Its just imba imo, we are like hunter now, abit, no more rep cost, no more threat, meaning, more dps and less coins spent on repairs.

But afaik, you can go invis in 5 sec, agro whiped. And since mana rarely is a problem you can just start nuking again.

Hm, and 25 sec of not nuking(with 500 dps): 12500 dmg, too much cant happen wink

Windir, I'm not a whiner smile I hate whiners smile

I'm just saying: look, Blizzard already made a choice behind our backs - we need to use arcane missiles in hi-end PvP because of the excellent damage, imba mana coefficiency with JoW/arcane talents, and -40% aggro reduction on whole arcane spells. We will not use fire/frost in raids i guess, especially now after the improved fireball/frostbolt nerf. So I'm pointing out that the threat reduction is not needed smile

Yeah, I've noticed the harder threat building already sad But I'm still reffering to the situation when we all use arcane lazers in PvP. -40% threat, and I'm not sure if those 5 seconds will wipe all the aggro or just some of it?
