You need some skills in teh fingers. Just be fast, practice alot. It's like typing on a keyboard, but with much more responsibility. Remember: use your key bindings wisely and be fast as a lightning.

I made some macros for my healing and decursing spells now - using the [target=mouseover] functionality. This gave me what I felt was lacking so now I am happy and don't need an addon for it
