Buffs to druid tanking gear in next patch
In the next patch there will be substantial changes to the Heavy Clefthoof set and also to T5 set. On the Heavy Clefthoof Set they've slightly reduced the stamina and defense on the items, but made insane buffs to armor.
Clefthoof Chest
500 Armor (+210)
45 Stamina (-7)
Yellow
Yellow

+4 dodge bonus
24 Defense (-4)
Clefthoof Boots:
394 Armor (+196)
30 Stamina (-7)
Yellow
Blue
+3 dodge
21 Defense (-3)
Clefthoof Legs:
503 Armor (+252)
33 Stamina (-9)
Blue

Blue
+4 dodge
29 Defense (-5)
Changes to tanking weapons:
Earthwarden:
500 Armor
39 Defense (+15)
24 Feral Combat Skill Rating
525 Feral Attack Power
Braxxis' Staff of Slumber
550 Armor
37 Stamina (+37!!!)
234 Feral Attack Power
Changes to other tanking items:
"Corrected the stats of Supple Leather Boots" - I'm guessing this means a nerf to the armor on this item. Not that it matters with the new Clefthoof Boots.

hmm this is nice, especially as the only tanking item I accidentally sold was the supple boots anyway.
Whats the armor cap @ 70 nowadays, 27.5k ? These changes will put me @ ~20k i'd guess so i still got a way to go
Edit: on a side note I still have a couple of pairs of heavy clefthoof boots left in my bank that i can give away on first come, first served basis.
If u want one for your fderal druid just post here.

I guess i have alot to farm to get the mats for the clefthoof stuff and enchants to these items.
This is very nice buff, finally we can loose the green quest items for tanking epic instances.
