Haha @ bugged vengeance
Just logged on to the testrealms and ran around with my pally a bit... well, take a look at vengeance and how bugged it is:
30% increase for 3 crits, haha, supposed to be 15%.
This combined with avenging wrath does make for some interesting stats ofc 
Makes you wonder how much they care about paladins, letting such a huge bug go through.

Funny thing is that these kinds of bugs always get fixed before they release the patch on live. Had it been unintentionally nerfed down to 10% it would probably have made it into live - only to be fixed at some later date, when they could be bothered.
