All blizzard game sites have that splash screen, they are doing because they will announce the title of the game they are working on on may 19th, and quite a few theorize that it will be either SC2 or a starcraft MMO, or diablo 3 or perhaps even a diablo MMO 
In any event, in 2 days we shalth find out

I put my money on a starcraft game atleast. Seeing as neither warcraft4.com or diablo3.com is a blizzard site, and StarCraft is the only game that doesn't have a sequel, PLUS Starcraft Ghost was scrapped, so they have a lot of models, concept art and stuff from that game to work with.
