works and are very fast.

downside is you loose rage =/

possible to make a similar macro for shadowpriests where they put a renew on themselves?

it think it comes down to the fact if renew triggers GCD and pots dont.
i have no idea, why the druid macro contains lifebloom in it because from what i tested, lifebloom didnt get triggered by the sequence. (it might be because there is no (rank 1) after lifebloom, but i dont know)

It's because the macro is made for spamming.

The first time you click it you get out of bear form. The next time you click it (spam) you try to cast Lifebloom, but since you are in bear the cast will fail and the macro will stop. It could have been any other spell, but I guess the author chose Lifebloom.

It's just a way to prevent you from going out of bear more than once when spamming the macro.
