The Ultimate Gnome Race is over! And what a great event it was!

Close to 15 gnomes had risen to the challenge, and with candy/food related names, they were all ready to make the journey to Stormwind.
The run took exactly one hour, and was a great event worthy of repeating.

READY! SET! GO!

With those words, the Ultimate Gnome Race will be started on the evening of our three year anniversary, one week from now, Friday the 15th.

Who has the guts and legs to run from Coldridge Valley and all the way to the beautiful city of Stormwind?
The winner will get 250 gold and an awesome forum title. Honorable mentions and special prices may be given to those who show that "gnomish ingenuity".


To insure you dont have an unfair advantage over the other gnome racers, you will be given a specific theme to create your name around only minutes before the race starts. But already now you can test out the track on practise characters.
Race will start around 19.00. Theme will be given around 18.45.

No need for signups, just make a character when the name-theme is given and be ready to move those tiny feet.


RULES:
All athletes will be in a raid together.

The route: From Loch Modan, via Badlands, through the mountains to Redridge. Do not expect any warm welcomes untill you reach Goldshire, because this is a tough route. Wetlands is off limits, gate to Searing Gorge is off limits, Ironforge is definetely off limits. Otherwise, you can use any short cut you can find.

Dying is allowed, but Ressurection Sickness equals disqualification.

And as mentioned: you will be given a specific theme to create your name around only minutes before the race starts.
