Almost the same, but with cold snap <3, and 1 more in mind mastery. 2 less in in elemental precision.
Cold snap means one extra icy veins and one extra iceblock if needed, kinda nice.
This one is nice if you have caped +hit.

Go for Cryo's spec if you are hit capped without the elemental precision.
