After taking a look at your armory profile I conclude that while you know what you're doing your gear doesnt match our standards.
This is strongly affected by the fact that hunters are among our most stable classes. Therefore, were we to recruit a new one, he would have to impress us both with gear and quality of application. I must say both these aspects leave a lot of place for improvements in your case. The lack of badges crossbow in particular makes me think "you are not prepared".
Should a hunter spot open, I'll browse through the application again.
ps. you're 3 hit points above cap, you may think about replacing one agi\hit gem to agi only.
