"You have completed the following quests in area X:
"You still have these quests remaining in the following area(s):
Edit: might be fake. Why is there 2x PvP tabs?

I guess the low lvl cap is just because if they set it higher, PvE realms would get a huge advantage, as you're strolling into contested territories at around that time.
That being said, I leveled one of my paladins to 40 without dying. First time death was at the bridge between STV and duskwood. Got ganked by horde 3 steps after I entered STV for the first time, go figure LOL

this is something that blizzard should make, but the words "dude" and "guy" just doesnt sound very "official" to me from blizzards part
