The Enigma Order

A question to those who tried beta, here goes:

Is leveling in WotlK similar to TBC from reputation perspective? More specifically - are instances "grouped" like hey are now (coilfang, tk, auchindon, ciradel), with shared reputation and a certain level of it required to gain access to items and, most of all, heroic modes?

I'm asking since I remember that in TBC I leveled "normally" on hunter - by doing every quest I stumbled upon and some isntances every now and than and "wise" on warrior - by doing pretty much only instances, which allowed me to get revered instantly via questing later on (the non-lvl 70 instances only granted rep till honored).
Is it the same story in WotlK?
