After getting a new haircut on my undead mage i specced frost for pvp purposes aand

IT PWNZ   not only is there 5% dmg increase on frostbolts again , the stun & treat target like frozen thing work wonderful
also dont get me started on the freeze on ice barrier broken its just lovely vs melee   havent had the chance to pve with it tho but
on my pvp gear the spec + new frostbolt rank gave huge dmg increase  i think it would be nice in pve aswel with the impr water elemental thing

one thing i must say tho is the mana cost is fucked up rly  stuff jsut costs tons of mana pretty much oom in no time
