This is what I have come up with as a lvl 70 raidbuild:
http://www.wowhead.com/?talent=Icxr0hMAoVA0hstZv
Some explanation:
- No improved CoA:
Going to keep CoE up.
- Suppression
There for reduced mana cost.
- Fel Concentration instead of Amplify curse you may ask?
CoE has a 2 min duration, the haunt pushback however is way more often and quite annoying without this.
- No grim reach?
Why have this when your shadowbolt doesnt have this range?
- No dark pact
Siphon life tics quite well, and with 2x t6bonus your curruption heals you abit too, so life tap instead, thats what improved life tap is all about.
- No death's embrace? Ye, i really find it sad to leave this out tbh, i chose bane instead, because it's hard enough to get many shadowbolts of in-between all the dotting. Another reason for not chosing death's embrace is considering for how short a time trash will be under 35%.
- Bane vs ISB
This is a real bugger! ..and i'm pretty tired..
Btw:
Super Rejuvenation Potion FTW, if you need abit hp, you get mana at the same time.
If you somehow should need some mana, life tap, use pot, life tap more and you got yourself a 5k+ mana pot.
Aaand chosing trinkets is killing me! Hex Shrunken Head of course has a safe spot, but then I have:
Timbal's Focusing Crystal (which I loved last time i was afflic)
Ashtongue Talisman of Shadows (everlasting affliction hawtness)
Brewfest/badgetrinket
Darkmoon Card: Crusade
Im thinking either Timbal's Focusing Crystal vs Darkmoon Card: Crusade mostly though.
Tell me what you think about this spec, and are some planning to continue with destro?

No need for COE for raids anymore (if i can go moonkin), Earth and Moon does the job for you.

Do they stack?

no, no buffs that do the same/similar thing will stack, you can check http://raidcomp.mmo-champion.com/ for what buffs won't stack because they fulfill the same/similar role, as well as use that site for making up raid setups and see what buffs they bring/lack.

Just watched some video and read an impressive thread on The Warlocks Den, this is supposed to be the big pve thingy:
http://talent.mmo-champion.com/?warlock … 0000000000
Trying it out atm;)
Tested:
This is SICK! Way more dmg dps according to people from The Warlocks Den and from what i can see of big numbers on my screen, and also ALOT easier to keep these rotations going vs affliction.
Rotation: Immolate, Chaos Bolt, 2xShadowbolts, Incinerates(life tap here if needed), Conflagrate
Sending imp on attack in the beginning is crucial since lots of the dmg is build on it.
Will probably do CoD, and maybe also a corruption in the beginning while tanks grab aggro.
Major glyphs I guess will be Glyph of Shadow Bolt and Glyph of Imp.

After spending 320 gold in total for respeccs back and forth since the patch, I came to the conclusion that i'm going for the destroimp spec.
Been testing on dummies with recount and i really like the playstyle;)
Also worth to notice is that the firestone/spellstones now are temp.weapon enchantments, so no more money/mats spend on superior wizard oil;)

FG/ruin is also supposed to be a viable raid spec now although haven't been able to test it yet.
edit: I saw some theory craft about Conflag being an overall DPS loss with the loss in mana efficiency and "wasting" one backdraft charge on refeshing immolate.
