After I tried some deathknight I got a better insight into how the class actually works.
Now, I will preset a few unholy builds that I'm considering, and I will write a few words about each build.
1) Unholy / Blood (21/0/51)
Uses: Solo grinding and leveling, 2handed weapon spec.

I have chosen not to take the 51 point talent in unholy, and rather take gargoyle. Unless they change Unholy Blight it is not worth taking, it simply cost too much ruinic power to be worth it imo. I added some healing and damage from blood.
2) Deep unholy / Blood
Uses: Multi-role and utility but not tanking, 2 hand or dual-wield

More talents in unholy, includes alot of cool talents in unholy. Perhaps not optimal for anything, but gives some party boosters(5% more damage to raid/party)
3) Unholy / Frost
Uses: Tanking ;P

To be honest I dont see unholy as a really good talent tree for tanking, you might be a good aoe tank, but thats about it. I would recommend frost for MT capabilities. However, this build would perhaps work good as an OT/DPS build.
Conclusion
Thats the builds I've come up with so far. Unholy has some really cool talents, but I strongly feel that the 51 point talent Unholy Blight really isnt worth it for three reasons: Ruinic power cost(60 is alot), duration(20 sec aint that long...), damage(it simply doesnt do that great damage).
Neither do I find unholy really viable for tanking, frost seem to be a much better tree for this. DPS whise and solo-whise I recommend it, you have a pet with a stun aswell.
I havent posted any pvp builds, the reason for this is that I havent really tried pvp, and pvp ranges from Arena builds(highly specialized), outdoor pvp(gankability) and BG's(cooldowns ? survival ?)
Please do post your own builds or comment mine.
Cheers...
Denatus.
