Goodies:Awesome manapool, good mana regen out of 5 sec rule, spirit for raids, some haste
Badbadbad: No CoH, no Guardian Spirit, no mana efficiency talents
Just tried something like that on Kaini but for DPS. Manapool over 14k already, almost 1k mana regen while not casting. DPS'ed and healed through Kara, no manabreaks were needed [and you should see the pugs I get into...

well.. it's over a year since mana breaks were needed in kara, so that's not a measurement. but 14k mana is nice. Looks like a good build, a bit traditional, but ok..
But I wonder if Enlightenment 5/5 is worth taking over all the good stuff in the holy tree.

http://www.wowhead.com/?talent=bVhbkhxtZfotcfrai0Vho might be alittle variant for the build you posted. Doubt you will have that much mana issues with this spec, and you will still have CoH ^^
5% less spirit, 2% less bonus healing from spells, 4% less crit compared to your build, but have some really nice abilities instead
CoH, Desperate prayer, mana back on overhealing, surge of light which affects flash heal now also.
For alittle more healing focused build, i would remove mental strength and spirit buff, and take guardian spirit instead

I was thinking on the different build to have some alternative to Surge!! and Holy Concentration mana regen boosts. The idea in my build is to stack spirit gear (not many mp5 items in WotLK?) and the percentual spirit gains through talents back this up. Mana regen is also constant and not related to crits. Last but not least, the huuuuge manapool just makes my e-penis a few millimeters longer (but still, ever so impotent and useless..)

I'm thinking about dropping Divine Providence for some points in Test of Faith, Holy Reach and Lightwell. We'll see.
