I used something like this: http://www.wowhead.com/?talent=LZ0xZVIzrLczidIzsGo during my levelling.
I left 5 points open since they can sortof go anywhere depending on your personal taste. Armoured to the teeth is nice ( about 80-100 attack power depending on your gear), or you can work through Arms and aim for Tac mastery or something if you enjoy stancedancing (e.g. for overpowers / victory rushes).

okay, some questions.
Why 3 points in incite? Wont those points be better served in anticipation for solo reasons?

this was the spec i was considering. Basicly, avoidance was the aim and a rotation that mostly uses Shield slam / revenge and devistate.

For leveling with prot i would start of with something like this http://www.wowhead.com/?talent=LZGxZV0trxrzibIzsGo , then put the first few talent points in blood craze, to eliminate downtime until you get enraged regeneration at 75. then i would respec to something like http://www.wowhead.com/?talent=LZGxZV0trxrzibIzsGo .
You definitely want to pick up Armored to the teeth. With 15k armor (just guessing i had something like this if i used a shield at 70, can't remember) it's 250 AP. Overpower isn't worth the hassle with a 1h imo.. even if it's only 2 rage.
and why do you pick up vigilance for solo-leveling? ;P
Still, i think fury is better for leveling if you got some decent gear. Hardly had any downtime at all with bloodcraze/bloodthirst ticking, and mobs go down fast. Although I see the appeal of being able to solo tough elites.
well, HF
Edit: Actually, thinking about it, after 75 when downtime is a thing of the past, going Arms will probably be even better. Wish i thought of that while I was leveling actually ;P
