Moonkin builds for Tahorn
With Omen of Clarity
You can swich points from Owlkin frenzy to Eclipse, personal preference, but i like Owlkin frenzy sincei tend to take alot of damage. This is more of a outdoor / heroics build.
Without Omen of Clarity
Nice mana regen from Dreamstate, does good job regening you in a long run. You also gain +3% hit and crit from your Faerie Fire. This is my raiding spec.
