Lamme's raiding build - post 3.0.8.
Glyphs: Steady Shot, Aspect of the Hawk, Serpent Sting
The point in Rapid Fire is a floater which can be placed in Focused Aim.
No rotation per se, rather a shot priority:
Kill shot
Explosive Shot (ES)
Aimed/Multishot (simialr damage, multi screws up cc plus has a 0,5 sec hidden cast time, Aimed Shot is better for mobility)
Serpent String
Steady Shot
Auto Shot
Frost Trap procs of Lock and Load are off the internal cooldown (meaning you can get a LnL proc from sting and than another from this particular trap right after). Untill patch 3.1 is it advised to "trap dance" - run into melee range and drop frost trap to force LnL proc, run out, utilize the proc. Use melee special when running in. This is gone come 3.1, but I suggest trying it while it's still there, simply because it's a great training for timing and such. If you need to move in combat, time it so that you have instants ready for when you move.
On LnL proc try to do the following - ES-instant-ES-instant-ES. Theoreticaly it's better to do ES-delay 0,5 sec-ES-delay 0,5 sec-ES, but that's hardly doable taken lag into consideration.
Pet - cat, raptor, wasp are maybe a little bit better than the rest (wasp gives minor armor debuff which buffs hunter's damage, if someone else provides it the other pets are better). If ferocity pet, than Call of Wild and Rapid Fire together.
Get Hit Capped. Skip Sniper Training since you'll likely loose "melee" buffs. Use Mammoth Cutters (bullets). Keep Hunter's Mark up, but don't refresh more often than needed. Treat Serpent Sting as a Steady Shot buff, not as a stand alone damage source.
That's all I can think of for now, other than that just train, train, train and have fun.
