Prior to patch 3.1.2 (or whatever number the latest one has) there was a little but pesky bug related to 2 pieces tier 8/8.5 set bonus. Namely, the added serpent sting damage was not taken into account while calculating Chimera Shot's sting-based portion of damage (so, while the sting was ticking for more, the sting-based Chimera's damage remained the same).
This bug is supposed to be removed now - I haven't tested it myself, but that's what a GM told me.
Good stuff, not a great bonus as such (though every little bit counts), but I just feel that's how it should be.
