Tulinenkebab, Human DK

1. Who am I?
Name: Tuomas
Country: Finland
Age: 21
Occupation: Student

So, I've been playing wow since launch and basically this is more like a fulltime job for me rather than just a "hobby" big_smile
I guess I would fall in the category of average finnish guy with dark sense of humour and hard drinking habits :p

2. My toon:

Recently dinged 80 and rolling my way up in gear, my main intrest is playing as a dps, experimenting between different specs atm.

Professions: Jewelcrafting and Mining

Armory: http://eu.wowarmory.com/character-sheet … linenkebab

3. My "career" so far:

As i stated before, I've been playing since the launch. First char I made was a UD Rogue on horde side of Stormreaver, soon after dinging 60 I decided to reroll a shaman on a realm called Chromaggus. I suffered some minor setbacks in TBC when i was forced to participate in the ever-so-traditional trial for manhood, others call it by the name of army. After getting out of there, I made a druid and continued playing it in Wotlk. After our guild at Chromaggus was disbanded, I decided that it was time to stop struggling with a dead server and so begun the era of Stormreaver rollin'.

My raiding experience summed up:

Vanilla:
Guild: Cult
Class: Shaman
Raidrole: Healing

Everything till naxx40 cleared, from naxx: Spiderwing clear, noth and razuvious killed.

TBC:
Guilds: Harakiri, Void, Cult
Class: Druid
Raidrole: Tanking

Everything untill Sunwell cleared except for Archimonde neutral

Wotlk:
Guilds: Cult, Sade
Class: Druid
Raidrole: Oomkin

Everything cleared on normal/hc normal.

Hardmodes: Sartha25 +3d, Ulduar10: Leviathan +3, Council with steelbreaker, All keepers except for mimiron.

I also have achievements from Ulduar10 which i didn't consider as hardmodes.

Druid Armory: http://eu.wowarmory.com/character-sheet … p;n=Muumuh

4. Known players in your guild:

Belgauden, Alapäävuoto, Kuroda aka. Laidback, Dreemie, Gelju, Cheri, Eilwen

So, what can I offer for you?:

As far it comes for raiding, I've been raiding since vanilla and progress raids are the thing for me. Bringing all the consumables, and brains along.
Besides raiding, I also like to play pvp, especially arenas.

5. My reason to apply here:

I've been hearing about your classy raiding performance and still maintaining a chill and relaxed guild enviroment. Most of my chromaggus comrades are in your guild so that would be obvious reason.

6. About mandatory requirements:

I don't have fps/connection issues. Extremely rare cases anyways.
Yup, got ventrilo and a working mic.
I don't have any problems with your raiding times.

So, i guess that should cover it up mostly at least, but if I missed something, feel free to ask. Cheers!

Re: Tulinenkebab, Human DK

I'll get a discussion going about this application. But, I'm affraid we're kinda full on melee in general at the moment. On top of that we got players in the guild that want to reroll DK. It looks grim I'm affraid.

Check back in a day or two. We'll get back to you then.

Go go, reroll a healer class!

Re: Tulinenkebab, Human DK

We can't recruite based on one raid. We have usually had a large group of melee in our raids. However, if last raids situation continues, we might reconsider.

If i have to log my alt once in a while to summon a table for a raid its not a good reason to post something that suggests we don't have enough mages.

Re: Tulinenkebab, Human DK

I've talked to the person who initially wanted to reroll DK. And I told him the situation, that getting a DK spot for the 25 man raids, can, potentially be very hard. Are you ok with that ?

And also, we preffer all our DK's to be able to tank, you state you want to DPS, which I read as a "negative" thing. Are you willing to spend DKP on tank gear also ?

On top of that, the DK's in our raid fill the buff where we need em, ie. Going frost for imp icy talons or unholy for ebon plague or blood for 10% AP, all this on demand.

Alot of stuff, but I need to know your ok with what I want DK's to be able to do. So neither of us get too many "oh shit" moments smile

Yea i don't mind if I miss couple of raids. Yes, actually I was planning to get tanking gear, when i realized how bad the situation was generally over here so it won't be a problem either.

So basically you mean, that if we need some buff on a raid, ie. ebon plague, our job is to spec into it? If so, no problem at all.

And when i said that I'd wish to play dps is not like "I want to play only as dps", being able to adapt into the role that raid needs is more important.
