The only known 2hand weapon from ICC 25man is Bryntroll, and it's not even close to shadow's edge:

note the dmg range on both weaps and the speed. Shadow's edge is far superior despite being of an equal ilvl, I think only ICC 25 hc weaps will best it, and shadow's edge is fairly easy to get by itself, it requires you to find arthas' old mace in frostmourne cavern in dragonblight and get 25 primordial saronite and the blood from festergut and rotface.

If you've completed the quests in dragonblight you'll know where it is, if not, get to work .

Primordial saronite is the frozen/runed/crusader's orb of ICC so i think those can drop from 10man too. The blood from rotface and festergut are probably 25man only drops due to the qeust being labelled as a 25man raid quest.

looks mad, however the other tiem you listen rageo, 107 something strength? That just can't be right, cause thats a pure suckass weap you got there.

Though yes, the legendary looks nice, HOWEVER, we wont know how good until the proc has been tested. Remember that at first, TF looked "decent" for a legendary, and when the proc was established, and tested. Yes, it goes without saying it was pure awesomeness, such awesomeness that even beats Chuck Norris and his roundhouse kick over 9000 thousand times.

it doesn't say that the fragments stack like that, so I doubt it would keep going up to 400 strength. I could be wrong though, I haven't read anything about it so I'm not sure either.
