I like the changes, gives you more freedom to play with whoever you want instead of taking a specific player, because he plays the class you need. I don’t really find buffing a very fun part of game, and to me, it doesn’t add depth to the game if each player has a different buff, it just makes it so that you feel you need specific classes in the raid.

I agree here, having tons of different buffs doesn't change the gameplay itself at all
