Restoration Druid, Lisendra - declined

Hello,

I will start with some information about my character.

Name: Lisendra
Class: Druid
Race: Night Elf
Mainspec: Restoration
Offspec: Balance (I can roll feral and grind gear for it if that is needed)

Now some information about myself.

My name is Erwin Lambregts, born and raised in a small town called 'Sprundel' in the netherlands.
I'm 20 years old and i have a full-time job. My main hobby's are hangin' around with some friends and drink a couple of beers, 'toying' a bit with my car at the moment i'm driving a honda Crx and playing wow, i'm always happy and in a good mood and i like joking around a bit, i think that's enough said about myself for now, haha.

Something more about my WoW career:

I go way back in the old days, i've been playing wow for about 4-5 years now been so long i can't quite remember. I've always played rogue in classic with which i raided zul'gurub, molten core and blackwing lair, after that burning crusade struck upon us, and my rogue was still my main character with which i raided only karazhan and first boss in ssc, untill wrath of the lich king came. I got bored with my rogue and started leveling my further which i had been leveling as an alt. My druid became my main as a moonkin but i did not raid with it yet because i just did not have the time for it. I started raiding with my druid when Trial of the Crusader came. I have farmed that on 10 men and also on 25 men but i never tried it on hc mode. I found out that healing on my druid is really my thing and i like it very much.

About icc:

I did not clear much in icc yet, i have only done the first 4 bosses on 10men but i want to get further and make some really good progress. I have read all the rules and i know the raiding days and times. The days and times are perfect for me since i have to think about myself a bit the next morning when i have to get up at 5:30 smile

About my gear:

At this time i am still at gearscore 5.1k and working hard to get it skyrocketed. Planning to get it up to approx 5.5k in the upcoming week. I still have to switch my icc ring to resto since i started doing icc as moonkin which will be done this week also. I will be replacing my cloak, boots and hopefully my weapon this week.

About my skills:

I pickup tactics etc. very quickly and i'm open for anything i can fullfill the role as healer mainly and if it is needed as dps.

My computer:

It's not very good at the moment but i'm going to get a new one in about 2 or 3 weeks so i can't say much about that right now smile

Armory link:

Ventrilo:

I have no problems using Ventrilo, I have headphones with microphone and i can understand and speak english pretty fluently (put aside some typo's haha)

Why should i join The Enigma Order?

I think that i would fill in perfect as a healer. I have played with a warrior named Frewt in your guild and suggested i should apply, which made me see that this is the guild i ever wanted, making a lot of progress and being friendly and nice to other players. I am a very loyal player and always in the mood to help out other players aswell.

I hope to hear from you soon.

Regards,

Erwin

Thanks for the application, we will get back to you shortly.

People way more savvy with druids than me hinted to ask you to elaborate some on your gear - what stats will you prioritize once you start getting some proper gear, what about enchants, gems? Obviousy, reasons for those questions are some flaws they noticed in your current set - question is whether that comes from the gear being a bit "random", or - in worst case - from not being really up to date in the ways the trees take.

Re: Restoration Druid, Lisendra - declined

Hi,

About your quetions, I have been resto for about 2-3 weeks now so still have to change some gear from which i still used as moonkin, but i have noticed that it hasn't been much worth changing for my shoulders/gloves for example since triumph rewards have exactly the same or even less stats, i do have to change some gear items that have critical strike rating since this is not really a priority for me as a healer.
About priority to stats, i will be going mostly for mp5/spirit and a combination of haste with spellpower the reason for this is that i can heal fast and much without going oom.
The same goes for my enchants.
I have a bit to go but as i said i'm trying to gear up as fast as possible and doing my best get a proper set of gear going which will be not to easy since i'm having a hard time getting to join raids because these days most raids choose gearscore over skill.

I hope with this i have informed you enough about the questions.

Regards,

Erwin

One last question, was meaning to ask you in-game, but didn't have the chance to contact you there -

In terms of activity - what about Fridays and Saturdays - are you the kind of person who relaxes after a week's work at a pub, having beers with mates, or do you rather sit in front of the computer to waste some time in WoW? There is no "good" not "bad" answer here - our schedule is 3 raids per week and that's everything we expect/demand/care about.

Declined

It's safe to say you did a great impression on us on the social level - just about the type of player we are soakers for. However, the gear right now is outdated, to say the least. Please don't be a stranger to our forums - if you manage to get some decent upgrades and we find ourselves in need of a druid, you are likely the first person we will contact.
