Rest of WotLK and how we are starting to form right now
As mentioned, I pretty much decided on 4 warriors here in teo, 1 tank, 3 dps warriors. 4 warriors on the otherhand is hard to fit into raids, meaning we all have to be on standby duties some raid nights. Standby do give full dkp on the other hand. As of now; me and tyler is pretty well geared, noxus and murith still lacks some upgrades. Meaning I'll step down from thursdays raids if needed, so that the rest of you can gear up. I haven't really talked this over with Tyler, but I don't think being on standby 1 thursday a month will hurt him too much either.
As of gearing; I personally lack DBW HC, RS trinket (pref heroic, but that will come later), a back from lootshit, and tiers mostly.
I know tyler is about at the same page as me, so something of the same for him too.
Noxus and murith still needs more gear, and there are tons of upgrades out there still.
We got me,tyler, and murith being able to tank about everything ICC25 Hc has to offer, Noxus is mainly dps.
Me and tyler got great dps gear too though (evidently).
This is what I want of you:
Noxus- keep farming dps gear.
Murith- Keep farming tank gear. HOWEVER; try to assemble some arms gear pronto, and I mean pronto. Atm tahorn, you and Narnias is tanking, and 3 tanks is a no-no at almost every encounter. Meaning if we are flooded with healers one night, it would be cool if you could do some arms dps (partly testing out arms viability in raids as well), and have tahorn tank. If we lack healers 1 night, you will tank and tahorn will heal. Meaning you'l probably do tanking 50-50% That makes 50% of the raids you attend a tankingraid, and the remaining 50% an armsraid.
It is important that you assemble some arms gear, otherwise fitting a tankgeared-only warrior in the raids very hard.
I best notify you all that this comes from top-hand (aka the president of the united states:D)
It would also be cool if you could post some gear when you got the time, gear that you would want, or like to get as an upgrade, just so that I know when or who to have for which raids (assuming everyone is at a 100% attendance).

Hasn't done for us ever according to our rules I think, if you've gotten full dkp for being on backup, you got lucky pretty much.

Players on standby is given 50% of the dkp given to the raiders. It's a very complex formula where we start by adding the players on standby to the raid. This grant them the same amount as those who actually were in the raid. Then we add an individual adjustment with a negative amount equal to 50% of the raid DKP.
X - floor( X / 2 ) = Y
X is full dkp and Y is standby dkp. Floor is rounding down. If the raid gave 25 DKP, then being on standby grant 13.

Conclusion - don't mess with Mox or you will be given negative dkp in real life.

Well Arms doesn't seem to be better or even as good as fury ( specially that warrior dps really depends on wep )
So far i need ( that's gonna be long list 
):
- trinket from sindra ( it's huge up for me )
- legs from marrowgar
- bracers ( again huge up since i have ToC 25 one )
- Wep from Putri ( not sure how much better is it than mine )
- Shield from Bloodqueen ( gonna just smile here, dunno if it still drops )
- Ring from Valithria
- boots from Valithria
- belt from Fester
- one normal token and 4 hc
It's just for tank gear, for my Arms/fury, well pretty much everythin' is to replace

and 2 more HC tier tokens
Later upgrades:
Weapon: [Shadowmourne] insane scaling with warriors

Boots: [Apocalypse's Advance]
Trinket: [Sharpened Twilight Scale]

That's about it.
And tons of gear as tank, but I rarely use it, and the items I have now works quite alright.

Hokay, got the picture. The reason I want you to farm arms gear Murith is because you wont really dps that much, and when you do, it would be nice to bring the 30% bleed increasement+ 4% phys dmg increase. Its also a great chance to see how it works vs fury (even though it shouldnt be as high). Besides, you get to do something that none of the rest is doing!
