+ Precision (passive) now increase auto-attack damage by 40%, in addition to the 3% hit it offers currently.

+ Shield Mastery no longer affects the cooldown of Spell Reflection, however, it now allows Shield Block to proc a second aura that reduces magic damage by 7/14/20% for 6 seconds.

Looks like the buff to arms dps was removed. they apparently did to much dmg even with the 50% nerf to CS. Warrs are taking out of the arena fights with the last month changes imo.
It is however great to see that they stopped nerfing PvE warrs because of PvP.

Took some time to read a bit about warriors current state today, at it seems that arms has actually passed fury in 4.1.
I know that Qurrai would never consider going arms, which is fine with me, as the difference between arms and fury aren't that big. I will however test arms in the next couple of raids. It's a really odd play style compared to fury, so it will take some time to master, but should be fun to try. It now invovles stance dancing aswell, which I hope my latency can handle without the biggest loss.
