4.2 patch notes
Warrior nerfs incomming.
Arms
Two-Handed Weapon Specialization weapon damage increase has been lowered to 12%, down from 20%.
Recklessness and Deadly Calm can no longer be used at the same time. One cannot be used while the other is active, but using one does not put the other on its full cooldown.
Fury
Dual Wield Specialization weapon damage increase has been lowered to 5%, down from 10%.
Edit: It might be because that warriors scales quite a lot with new tiers, but still...

Tbh 4.3 wont nerf warriors by much, since the reason to downscale mh dmg is due to how Bt mechanics work. It scales immensly with attackpower. Looks like blizzard learn their lesson, and went and fixed the issue for the next tier regarding warrior dps before we got them issues, thus making warrior ranting less intense. Don't worry though, the ap buff from buffs will more than make up for the 5% mainhand dpsloss. and warriors with full 4.3 BIS vs other BIS classes will be stronk, as usual:)
