Here's a spreadsheet with precise numbers for haste rating caps, accounting DI or raidbuffs / heroism and such. The main focus of it is Warlock dots, but mage/shaman/druid/priest are included. The biggest single haste point for priests right now would probably be the second VT tick, meaning 2589 rating or 2141 assuming DI. Or guess you could add to that and make it 2737/2284 for another devouring plague tick.

I don't think reaching 3482 (the next SW:P tick ASSUMING you have DI) without sacrificing int is too doable right now? And I'd guess auto-refreshing dots hardly count for important haste points either
