Finally a tiny bit of elemental shaman love from blizzard
Shaman (Forums / Talent Calculator / Skills/Talents)
•Shamanism (Elemental passive) now causes Lightning Bolt, Chain Lightning, and Lava Burst spells to gain an additional 32% benefit from the shaman’s spell power, up from 20%

Now resto shammies only need some love.. a lot of it.
But I guess it's because they would be too strong in PvP if they did.

Pfft give that 12% dmg buff to AoE as well, I want faster epix

just make eearthquake a normal shaman spell and buff it around 30% then it wil lcomparable with othe raoe spells and then make elemental mastery our 31 point talent that makes it a passive buff to elemental shamans..
