my mastrey is good and i dont need much spirit i have 1867 and i dont need more spirit cuz i dont have any problem with mana , ,

There are 2 major breakpoints for haste - 916 for 5th Rejuv tick, and 2005 for 9th Efflo/WG tick. Between these 2 values, mastery is better.
You could reach the 2005 by switching boot enchant to 50 haste, and reforging differently.

Hitting haste breakpoint that is on your reach is more valuable than going pure mastery according to current theorycrafting.
Between the breakpoints, stat prio is still theorycrafted to be mastery > crit > haste.
On more practical side, haven't seen any "top druids" without having atleast 2005 (or 2032 haste, if they have shard of woe).
