Everyone who signed up for beta testing before nov 11th got invited to a stress test beta. Also, they gave out a ton of keys to many gaming sites for people to get as well:

It's stress testing of their servers, so it most likely won't be smooth.

Hopefully this test will ensure that the release will be smooth

Ive been in the closed beta for a couple of months now and am enjoying the game lots. Just making sure not to play too much to ruin the game for me at launch
The release build should be out sometime this week. Interesting to see if lots of the bugs are still there!

I was in last weekend and leveled a lvl 12 Sith Assasin? and a lvl 11 Jedi Knight. Sure there are bugs but man, those stories are fun!
I think that the people who will hate swtor are the people who wants to have everything now with no story - just click click click done, thank god they will stay in Wow!

I played sith inquisitor and it was alot of fun, truly felt a lot more meaningful gaming even at the first levels than in wow killing boars and picking apples. Altho I got to admit that during levels 1-11 I died only once. It was not difficult.. The stories and dialogues are well enough written and fun especially if you decide to use the "dark side" options during the dialogues.

I love it, the questing actually has some meaning to it, and the story is excellent! I played a Jedi Consular Shadow, and especially the questchain for crafting the lightsaber is pure awesomeness! Seems everyone and their mother wants to play on the dark side tho, wonder if it will even out at release.

I had a lot of fun playing the game aswell.. Lvled a Sith Warrior, AC Marauder and even though the class felt quite weaker than other classes it was a joy to play. The story is amazing and Vette is so damn funny. I managed to get to lvl 19. I've really excited to get back in and try it, and I guess the luck is with me. I just recieved a mail about the final beta weekend starting tonight at 1 PM CST. This time I think i'm going to try out the Bounty Hunter or an Imperial Agent.

Leveling phase is indeed fairly funny though themes sometimes feel more or less childish. But i guess after SW: Episodes 1-3 kidult themes are understandable. I have really enjoyed both times i got in for beta and game is on my buy list, just not sure yet when i buy it (maybe after it goes for 20€ in zavvi.com)
I feel there's some fairly big questions standing around game still 1) Leveling characters is fairly linear due strong tie to character specific plot. I guess it won't matter at launch or even after 3-4 months but it eventually might be boring to level your character on that linear line. 2) Not much to know about end game so far. I bet my coins making content to this game requires fair bit of time due voice acting and so on. Question is can they push out new content fast enough after people start to hit max level. If they fail it's high risk that people take their coins to somewhere else. Would be really sad to see this game fail, there's lot good in it.

So if anyone here are playing republic at release, we should find some "official" TEO server, so we can all meet up (or fight if you're Sith )
I'll be posting my server at least, and smuggler is the class I'll play. Hopefully I'll get in today, preordered on the 28th of july.

Going empire with Ancient Warriors on Hex Droid.
I also hope I get in today...

Cool Creasehearst, I'm going Galactic Republic aswell, can't join those filthy sith
Probably Jedi Guardian or Sentinel or one of the 2 Trooper specs (really hard to make up my mind)
Lets find a cool server, do you guys plan on going PvP server right?

It's really tempting, but I finally managed to quit WoW so not sure if I wanna start another MMO...
However, if I decide to do so, I definitely would go "dark side" ..

Going republic on Hex Droid with some norwegians

I chose Nightmare Lands as my server. Mostly english guilds, but some italian and dutch ones as well. General chat is always english at least. So far I've gotten my smuggler to level 12, in about ~5½ hours of gameplay
