I don't get it, can one farm bosses or not?

I've been trying to farm the Butcher but it doesn't work. I reach the Halls of Agony lvl 2 and there's no passage to the 3rd level, only the way back to lvl one and the one to Highlands passage.

Edit: Nevermind this post -.-

Halls of agony l3 is farther ahead past the area with the jailer.

Indeed. Log to menu to auction some items and you can't get back. Brings back sweet memories from WoW...

Re: So it begins...

So, for those who are into the game a bit already, what are your first impressions?

Even thought it's just a "hack and slash" game, im enjoying it quite a lot (who doesn't enjoy brand new stuff?!).

After 25 levels, i must say i like the Monk's playstyle a lot, very.....full contact. I must say...i have a tendency to stick to the initial skills you get in the first stages of the game, like fist of thunder and lashing kick, but im trying wave of light with the first rune now.

As for normal, i'd say it's pretty good. Maybe it's faceroll for those who've played Diablo all their lives, but there are some tight spots, i've died twice already sad. The hardest boss for me, well not the hardest but the most annoying is definitely the Butcher. If it weren't for the flames coming out of the floor, that would be a piece of cake.

Im now on the way to the final part of Act II.

Also, im probably missing smth here, but what's up with yellow quality items having less attack power or armor than blue quality ones? I find myself salvaging a lot of yellow weapons simple because of lower dmg output / AP and i don't find the bonuses to compensate for that.

Re: So it begins...

At level 27 now, playing Wizard, and i can't say i'm impressed. The game feels somewhat simple to be released 2012. Also its been in making for over 10 years now, so it should had been mind blowing stuff, but its not. Ofcourse my expectations are high, because of the facts mentioned earlier.

I'm not saying i'm not enjoying the game, because i am. Its just not what i could had been. It feels like Diablo 2 revamped to new graphics.

Also, login issues to a single player game, wtf? big_smile

Dwight: Most people think Marv is crazy. He just had the rotten luck of being born in the wrong century. He'd be right at home on some ancient battlefield swinging an axe into somebody's face. Or in a Roman arena, taking his sword to other gladiators like him.
