Previous raiding experience:
So, basically my interest in World of Warcraft started in the June of 2008. Never before did i played any of the games from MMO genre or similar simulations and at that time i mostly played single player RPG's and FPS like Baldur's Gate, Icewind Dale, Morrowind and similar titles.
In summer of 2008. i started WoW on private server WoWScape (WoWCrack realm) just to check it what it was like. And boy i liked it a lot.
Maybe from the standpoint of retail players and raiders it will sound silly but on WoWScape the game was a different kind of a deal then on any other private emulators at that time. I remember to these days the glorious runs in TBC raids like Black Temple, Sunwell Plateau, SSC and alike. Most of those instances, although bugged, where very hard scripted and where a big deal to finish.
The Scape itself fell in legal issues with Blizzard so i decided to go retail in February of 2009.
I started as an Alliance protection warrior Amandria on the server Aerie Peak. That was an era of Naxxramas raid and so i didn't really participate in the progress races of Naxxramas. But soon enough in April of 2009. Ulduar came out and i raided it with the guild Decadence in 10 man mode. We did make quite a progress at that time and managed to clear it 12/14 with exception of Saron and Algalon alive. We struggled a lot on Yoggy and that impacted on the guild itself very hard and finally resulted in big problems and dissolution in the end. We tried to reform it into 25 man guild but the attempt failed.
I search my place beneath the Sun at that time and changed a lot of casual guilds that did not raided enough to my appetite and i pugged through that time until serious raids again in TotC in August of 2009.
I cleared the TotC as a tank in 10 man mode in a guild REUNION very quickly and we strive for heroic achievements and accomplishes but because of the peoples not showing up we didn't managed it and so the guild itself fell apart for some time.
ICC came out in the December of that year and i managed to get into Daius, a long standing guild on the server with great experience and honor. With the guild i cleared at that time the 1st wing of the ICC and because out instability at Lady and our inconsistency i decided to leave the guild and start my new career. At that point my tanking career ends and a great era of Healing begins.
I hope i will not make u sleepy by reading this and this is maybe so far going too long, but i have the needs to be as concise as i can. I created a restoration shaman Bigbrdjo and after not so many time long i joined a newly created 10 man guild named Quantum that just started to play and raid the ICC. The guild consisted of old TBC era experienced players former officers and members of Borderline (the greatest guild of all times on Aerie Peak server).
In one month time we cleared the 10 man ICC in two groups all the way until LK. The group 1 managed to kill him but group 2 just keep on trying it. We decided to start the heroics but failed due some heavy roster issues and problems that evolved due some of the core players leaved because of RL issues.
Quantum failed so i joined a newly formed 25 man guild Link Achievement that only in 2 weeks period of time cleared the ICC normal content and 1st Wing Heroic part of the same instance, Those where the glorious days of Bigbrdjo and of healing generally speaking with 12/13 HC progress. Roster failed, people didn't showed up on time, RL sucked balls and Radeon came.
The guild decided to merge with one of the greatest guilds on the server at that time - Radeon. Progress went fine times where good but LK HC didn't go well, frustration came with Ruby Sanctum and HC tries on Halion heroic which only worsened things up.
The guild was in a big crysis, the biggest one from their begin in January 2009. Most of the members together with the guild bank and money went rogue and X-realmed on Draenor, we have been left alone.
I seriously thought about transferring to another realm. Decided to start anew on Twisting Nether Horde.
At that time i just started anew as Horde on Twisting Nether and rolled a holy paladin Mizron and i quickly fell in love with him. I joined Blacklight at the time of Fireland content patch and raided with the guys for 6/7 HC 25 man progress. Because big amount of work i could not to be active as before so i just went hibernating for a couple of month.
After some time i got informed that one of my old regional Balkan guild on Aerie Peak was reforming and i wanted to get back in the game to help them get back on the track.
We managed it well with good normal progress in DS and 2/8 HC only, but roster problems and small number of players raiders capable of heroic progress along with Aerie Peak realm population dying cut the chase and the guild hit the dead blow. Now i'm again back on Ravencrest to find a suitable guild where i can stay forever if not longer heh.
So far i managed to kill 7/8 bosses in Dragon Soul HC mode but with my holy paladin Mizron on Twisting Nether.

Describe your knowledge of your class and websites you visit to keep yourself up to date:
To maximize my healing done and sufficiently sustain my healing potential we resto shamans need to keep an eye on some of our up time abilities:
1. Keep Mana Shield active at ALL time to maintain our powerful mana input;
2. Keep Earth Shield at all time on the active tank or some other player that has the most threat at given time;
3. Keep Riptide rolling at all time, mainly keep him up on tank primarily, important also for the Tidal Waves talent that hastens our GHW, HW.
Other things and principles resto shamans need to have in mind have to deal with specific spells and abilities we do have to activate in specific encounter situations.
Most of the DS encounters rely on burst or periodic damage paired with AoE healing and in that situations Healing Rain is our bread and butter spell that needs to be up all the time (Spine HC is an example). It can be paired with Spiritwalker's Grace but it's not mandatory and depends on players stat orientations.
In heavy incoming damage situations that take some players health very low Spirit Link Totem is the mandatory spell that saves the day always but the deal is that it only spreads the damage and do not reduce it.
At the moment i think i'm using the most efficient spec and stat orientation that is most effective now. So basically i am keeping 916 Hate Rating saved and reforge stack Mastery.
For any further discussions or questions i am always available for interview.

How did you hear about our guild, what made you apply?
I transfered here on Ravencrest from Aerie Peak which has population issues and i was in the process of searching the guild that suits me the best. I saw your advertise in the trade channel and i got interested in it really because your raid days and times suits me well and i respect u as a long standing guild.
[b]Describe the hardest PVE boss you killed:
Lich King heroic version. We struggled on him actively for 1 month period and i mean it only doing him all the time 5 times a week, extending the raid lockout just to try him again. Defile, shadow debuffs and Valkyres where always smarter, better and faster then us and so we failed and die gloriously.
Your plans for the next 6 months and MoP:
Still active in the game.
