The gems aren't perfect YET, I have made the decision to not gem epic gems on 397 items, since they can be upgraded any time soon to 410 items. This is unneccesary gold loss ^^ From today I started getting reputation to also get head & shoulder enchantments. Probably next week those will be covered!

I'm a retribution paladin, as you may have already noticed ^^ I don't really know what to say since I have never had to write my own application before without a form. But I'll give it my best shot!~

My name is Matthijs, you can call me Matt or Matthew, or just Rockwéll since most people can't pronounce the IJs. I'm 19 years old, recently finished school, and ready to live the adult life! I come from the Netherlands, the tiny country that never appears in the news.  My hobbies are ofcourse WoW, I love it. I'm very sportive, I play tennis and field hockey, I used to play Rugby. But due to a surgery to both of my legs I had to drop out of that.

I have been raiding since the Cataclysm expansion, since I never had the patience before to reach the max level. I started playing 6 years ago, when a friend introduced me to it. This is my first 85 ever, but won't be my only one for sure! However on my ex-twink of level 70, I hosted level 70s only raids for Black Temple and Sunwell Plateau, not sure how it was back then, but it's hella lot of fun! My current achievements are Morch, Yor and Ultra Heroic. But I wiped for 3 hours straight on Warlord Zon'Ozz (4%, we couldn't burn him down in the last phase -.-)

For gearing, gemming, enchanting, optimising my enchants I checkout almost every site there is. Maxdps, Elitejerkists, Wowhead, Wowpopular you name it. For tactics the same old song and dance.
- Youtube: For learning how to react on some encounters, and how to act the best as a dps for certain bosses. It gives me a clear image of the encounter.
- Google (Too many sites to name): For reading the tactics, to improve anything I've learned so far.

For pushing and progressing bosses, you have to be extremely patient, and handle criticism very well, you've found the perfect guy for that. I can wipe for hours on a boss, and not lose my focus or patience, when I do something wrong, flame all you want, since it won't happen again.

I've been in countless of ''Raiding Guilds'' and two real raiding guilds. I both had to leave them due to getting inactive, players not showing up etc, meaning we were going normal (Not once, but two months in a row). I found that unacceptable, so I left.

I came from the server Quel'Thalas, where I had my twinks. A rogue and a Warlock. It was my first server ever, and had a blast there. But my friend told me that if I was ever going to get 85, it'd have to be on Ravencrest, it's one of the best raiding servers for alliance.

I have ventrilo, teamspeak, and skype. I do have a mic, but I don't like to use it, since my accent is absolute shit. I can type almost perfect, but the accent isn't helping me out.

I think this is my application, I thank you for taking the time of reading it, and hope to get the ''Accepted'' as answer!
