MoP legendary
IF (that is a big if on purpose) they are doing what I think they are doing, this can be really, really good. I mean the post published on 2012-06-12 10:08 PM ("Legendary Weapon Icons").

It's probably something similar to the kael'thas raid fight where you get them for a single fight, or a single raid/instance.

I dont think so, to me it looks like you will get a choice to upgrade an item type from epic to legendary with the item
