I am a 2nd Officer Deck side in Merchant Navy. At the moment I am perusing my Masters in Computer Applications from a renowned university in India.

My hobbies include:
1. Gaming - WoW , Cod4 , Skyrim , Diablo III.
2. Cricket - Played on state level.
3. Trekking – do monthly treks to nearby hill-stations specially in rainy season!
4. I love spending time with my pets (which don’t include cats at all - don’t like them much – being a dog person)

Previous Guilds:
I started Wow in 2008 September. Played on Stormscale EU alliance with irl friends - started as a Hunter Dwarf. It was a horrible place for alliance side - Had to move to Cromaggus EU with my friends. There I made my Druid - Loved the tanking side of the class along with its melee spec melee. So decided to go feral tank with Cat / balance off spec - played that for almost 2 years. I did play restoration but strictly in PvP (arena and bgs).
Got into a guild named Titans - 11/12 HC on LK - But it disbanded and moved to other realm (Now known as Style on Frostmane – Still in contact with them) so I moved to Ravencrest EU. Here I joined Secret Agents – Led by Galwarrior, as a bear tank and tried to clear full content on heroic but in vain.
After they disbanded I Joined In the dark – after an online interview with parantix + capotwo – again as a bear tank. Had a few tries on LK-Hc. Overall I loved this guild personally. Raided with ITD in firelands heroic on my shaman enhancement. Stopped after i had to resign due to some irl commitments. I came back to the game late 4.3 raided on my main (Druid) and then joined sanctum.

PvE Experience:
I was a hardcore raider in Wotlk from the moment I started raiding. I have been in high end guilds since 2009. During ICC i was 11/12 heroic on chromaggus (i played with cottonball then he was on his shaman while i was the main tank in the 25man guild on my bear). Also was 6/7 heroic in firelands (combined on shaman + druid). In the current patch 4.3 i am on 6/8 heroic progression on both shaman and druid.

Goals:
I have the following goals as a raider:
1. Regular and quality raiding
2. Clearing content on normal and heroics in the same patch of course
3. Friendly environment in whatever guild I join
The above 3 things are what I look forward to as a raider

*As a raider Loot is a means of Improving my gear and performance in many ways, yes. But i do raiding for the sake of enjoyment and the shear thrill of it with a good group.
Loot will be secondary for me. Clearing content is more important. Its been like that always.*

Theorycrafting:
I use the following Websites for all the classes I play for reference and keeping updated in PvE
1. Tankspot.com / Youtube.com – For videos on boss encounters
2. Elitistjerks.com – For a detailed information on my class, spec, rotation, talents, glyphs.
3. Wow-armory – For comparing with other good players and understanding the reasons behind the changes the make in gear n gemming and other stuff.
4. I do make it a point to talk to good raiders that I know to keep myself updated and clear any doubts if any, when I am not raiding.

Stats priority:
Enhancement Shaman: - Agility > Hit (under spell cap) > Expertise (under cap) > Mastery >> Critical > Haste >= Hit > Intellect = Strength > Spell power.
1639 spell hit cap , 2404 hard cap for whites , exp 26/26 for dodge.
I go for spell hit cap , exp 26/26 and rest is just Mastery > Critical.

Gems:
Red – 50 agility
Yellow – 25 agility 25 mastery
Blue – 25 agility 25 hit
Of course depends on the gem bonus of the gear. (20+ bonus = go for socket bonus else just socket 50 agility)

Re-forging:
1. If hit / exp cap not achieved – re-forge haste to those stats
2. If caps achieved – re-forge haste to Mastery > Crit.
3. Haste is our worst secondary stat.
