september 26th would be nice, but I kinda doubt it. They still haven't enabled the first questing zone on pandaria, since they disabled it for major updates a couple of months ago. Right now you just get boosted to level 86 and a batch of greens that kick the crap out of most 85 purples. Pretty much only the trinkets aren't replaced. Heroic DS purples might be able to compete, but I doubt it. The greens you get from questing in the second zone are also better than the ones you get from being boosted from 85 to 86.

Fun fact, bak in 4th quarter of 2011 I was asked to plan my holidays for 2012. I looked in the calendar and thought "wewt, this looks like the time MoP could be released, let's go for it".
