How good is your english:It is very good i can speak and write english fluently
Anything else about you, the person, we might be interested in:Well the main thing i focus on and why i enjoy the game is raiding, since ive got into raiding at the start of cataclysm ive loved it and all the aspects of it;the hard work the excitement you get when you finally get the boss you've been working so hard to get down.I also enjoy pvp at times when i dont really have much to do,i also enjoy finding ways to make gold ingame.I'm trying to hit a good amount of gold before MoP comes out.My main strength that i have noticed about myself is that i am very good with learning and picking up a fight quickly and taking criticism really well.

Please provide a WoL log presenting your awesomeness (this helps loads):Sorry i dont really have any WoL to give you as my guild doesnt do them
Regardless of its quality (ilvl), is you gear fully taken care of? Safe for some specific cases (eg. an item about to be replaced next week), we expect everything to be gemmed, enchanted and reforged optimally.
Yes thats fine and understandable
Tell us about your alts (armory links included), how good are you with them:
Well i dont really have any alts i focus on my main character which is my hunter
Raiding Experience (be thourough here, the more information you give us, the better; both pre-Cataclysm and present progress is interesting for us; tell us about previous guilds):
Well long story short i had an account which i lost due to authenticator problems (http://eu.battle.net/wow/en/character/k ... d/advanced) so i will be talking from that characters pov.I started raiding mid-end to wotlk and achieved 11/12 normal during icc. When cataclysm came around i took more of a look into raiding and liked what i saw.I joined a raiding guild and achieved 1/13 HC in T11,6/7HC during T12 and right now in T13 i am 8/8HC,as you can see i am vastly improving each teir
For my previous guilds i've been in Faded on my warrior which is the guild i started out with in cataclysm and they unfortunatley disbanded due to real life issues
What attendence should we realistically expect from you (for the sake of clarity, please note that while our Monday and Thursday raids start at 19.30, the Sunday one starts at 18.45):
You should expect 100% raid attendance from me,if i cannot make i raid i'll let you know well before the date of the raid
Any external factors affecting activity we ought to know about (in particular, any of the days we are raiding at that does not suit you):Nope everything is fine
At this point of time, how long do you expect you will continue playing WoW:I'm looking to play WoW till the last expansion, ive been playing for just over a year now and want to see more of what the game has to offer
Why are you good at playing your class (don't qoute Elitist Jerks, don't give us the stuff every semi decent guide holds; convince us you're good your own way):I know my class inside out im always looking for ways to improve myself as a hunter, trying out different reforges/gems ect. to see which gives me the best result to make sure i can bring my absoloute A game to the raids.
What do you consider the most significant pros and cons of your class/spec in the current state of affairs:
Even though i like the hunter class i think that they should make BM on par with Survival DPS wise because until you achieve your 4-set bonus it really isnt competative.I like the fact we have steady dps and a bit of burst as Survival although i really liked MM's burst and hope its a viable raid spec in MoP
When approaching new content, a fight that both you and the raid will try for the first time, how do you prepare (be precise here, "I read tactics on internet" doesn't cut it; we seen our share of players who" knew tactics for all bosses" and then failed miserably in terms of actual preparations):Well i would definetly look at fatboss guides as all raiders would,I would look up to see if i can find any tactics from a ranged dps or a hunters PoV that would get me a more indepth knowledge into how i should be moving, when and where i should be moving too.I also look at the fight and see what type of glyphs i need, which one be benefical to me or the raid to increase our success in getting down the boss.
Given Spine of Deathwing heroic was one of the harder fights recently and required certain specific actions and execution, tell us how you prepared for it. Again, be very precise (don't tell us "I bursted!", tell us how exactly you did it).I looked at which spec had the most burst AND the lowest cooldown time on my abilitys and how i could rotate them around to bring out the best possible burst dps i could give.I make sure i had a macro to target the tendon straight away.
Why are you applying to The Enigma Order, what made you choose us, when and where did you first hear about us:'m looking for a semi-hardcore/hardcore guild to progress through and have fun with during MoP to clear all the content blizzard has to throw at us.I play WoW for raiding and the socializing factor of it,Since i started raiding ive loved it and never looked back.I found out about the enigma order through wow progress ect and thought i'd make an application as im not really happy at my current guild
What do you expect from us, as a guild:A relaxed social enviroment but a mature raiding enviroment with dedicated raiders willing to push to see the end game content.
Please confirm that you have read and understood our rules and they are ok for you (yes, this is our way to ensure we're not asked somewhat silly questions that are already answered in writing at the Rules section of the forum):Yes i understand them
When unsure about any aspect of the game, be that tactics, class specific assignments, how do you proceed:I research about it see if i can find any friends ingame who know about it or ask a guildmate.
Why do you play WoW, what are your objectives, why commit more than 10 hours a week to a computer game:The sense of achievement,of working your ass off to get that final boss down,to have that feeling that you know that you deserved the kill with the amount of effort/work you put into the game.
Is there anything else you would like to include that may assist your application.Nope
Hardware/Connection (we assume your computer and connection are fit for raiding, only tell us about out of oridinary stuff):
ATI Radeon HD 5450
AMD Phenom II X2 555 3.2GHz
4GB RAM

Thanks for the application.

That's not really an answer. I don't to hear that you "ye, Ima did my stuffz lol". I want to hear what is the outcome of your reasearch, what exactly do you do on each exposure phase and why do you believe this is the right way to go.
Your hit is too low.
One of your prime glyph choices is discussible, if not downright suboptimal.
You have no minor glyphs, while at least one is useful.

I ended up with BM as my spec for spine of deathwing,i experimented with all three hunter specs and reforged differently to try and get the best outcome which was BM as i've stated already.
The Glyphs and hit rating have been fixed also.

Your still not really answering my question. I'm not asking what spec you went with on Spine. I'm asking what exactly you did to maximize your burst damage. Ideally give me answer for both BM and SV.

For BM,I reforged into Haste and crit trying to find the right balance to give me the up most dps
For SV,I reforged into Crit more,i also had 5 wolves i could dismiss and bring out to make sure i had call of the wild up for each tendon

I'm sorry to say but you either essentially ignore the question and try to get by with a scrap of information that doesn't even start to tell the whole story or you just don't know the right answer. Neither is very satisfying.
Granted we can't really get on the same foot even before you would join the guild, I believe it's for the best of both you and us to say that the application will be -
