13 minutes here, though that's with a strong SSD and a few weeks old installation.
WoW folder dwon from 29GB+ to 19GB though, so that's nice (again, almost a brand new installation, so that's 10GB saved).
I got fooled into watching the opning animatics though, I wanted to spare that for actual release!
