Okay a post with all kind of buffs a healer could need

Listed below are some of the many food and Elixir buffs, that can help us out during our fight throughout the end-game instances.

Updated for patch 2.2.3

Battle Elixirs
Elixir of Mastery Increases all Stats by 15 for 60 min.
Adept's Elixir Increases spell damage and healing by up to 24 and spell critical strike rating by 24 for 60 min.
Elixir of Healing Power Increases the effects of healing spells by up to 50 for 60 min.

Guardian Elixirs
Elixir of Major Mageblood Use: Regenerate 16 mana per 5 sec for 60 min.
Mageblood Potion Regenerate 12 mana per 5 sec for 1 hour. (Retail)
Elixir of Draenic Wisdom Increase Intellect and Spirit by 30 for 60 min. (Does stack with AI)
Spirit of Zanza Increases Spirit and Stamina by 25 for 2 hrs. (Does not persist through death and is unique)
Elixir of Major Fortitude Increases maximum health by 250 and restores 10 health every 5 seconds for 60 min.

Flasks
Flask of Distilled Wisdom Increases Intellect by 65 for 120 min.
Flask of Mighty Restoration 25 mana per 5 seconds for 120 min.
Shattrath Flask of Mighty Restoration25 mana per 5 seconds for 120 min. (Only active in Tempest Keep, Serpentshrine Cavern, Caverns of Time: Mount Hyjal and Black Temple.)

Potions and such
Super Rejuvenation Potion Use: Restores 1650 to 2750 mana and health.
Super Mana Potion Restores 1800 to 3000 mana.
Shrouding Potion Shrouds you from nearby enemies so you seem less threatening to them. (This is a permanent fade. You won't get their reduced threat back. It stay reduced.)
Greater Dreamless Sleep Potion Sleep for 12 sec, while regen 2100 health and 2100 mana.
Whipper Root Tuber Restores 700 to 900 health. Does NOT share CD with pots, You can therefor use both this and a healing/mana pot right after each other.

Weapon Oils
Brilliant Mana Oil Applied to weapon: Restores 12 mana every 5 seconds and increases the effect of healing spells by up to 25. Lasts for 1 hour.
Superior Mana OilApplied to weapon: Restores 14 mana every 5 seconds. Lasts 1 hour.

Food Buffs
Blackened Sporefish +20 stam and 8 mp5 for 30 min.
Golden Fish Sticks +44 healing and 20 spirit for 30 min.
Spicy Crawdad 30 Stamina and 20 Spirit for 30 min.
Blackened Basilisk 23 Spell Damage and 20 Spirit for 30 min.

The +50 spirit one from Blasted Lands might be helpful as well I suppose. I dont know exactly what it's called, but I'm sure you know what I mean

Oh, and we also have that stuff to put on weapons. Mana Oil or soemthing.

the spirit of zanza doesn't stack with BL buffs i think ...

Just tested the food doesn't stack but therefor you can still have 1 well fed buff and a lot of pot buffs.

food buffs might depend on what you need the most

Chimp can make all of the ZG potions (Trollsblood + Mageblood)

I'll buy the Nightfin Soup recipe for my druid tomorrow so just send the stuff to pinkstorm via mail and you'll get soup back

Major Rejuvenation Potion + Wildvine Potion + Trollsblood + Mageblood + almost all flasks... i can make em aswell

Correct.... BL spir and stam buffs do not stack with the zanza pot that gives both things....

Smoked Desert Dumplings (20 str)
Nightfin Soup (8 mana per 5 sec)
Poached Sunscale Salmon (6 health per 5 sec)
Grilled Squid (10 agi)
Tender Wolf Steak (12sta and 12 spi)

Pots:
Major Troll's Blood Potion (20 health per 5 sec)

Ye thought about it as well but 12 sec is a long downtime foe a priest in the midle of combat

Added:
Crystal Force which is fairly easy to get. You just need the crystal from un'guro and do the quest

Whipper Root Tuber Use: Restores 700 to 900 health.
NOTE: this does not share the same cooldown as pots, which means you can use those and a healing pot right after each other

too bad the potion is noted as a debuff by CT_Raid and cleansable, so paladins spamming their cleanse button will remove your potion effect
